About Sue

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Dakota and a Licensed Independent Social Worker in Minnesota. I hold a bachelor's degree in Social Work from Minnesota State University, Moorhead, and a master's degree in social work from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. I received a certificate of trauma studies from the University of Minnesota. I have worked in both community and hospital settings.

My current areas of clinical interests include Complex Trauma, Dissociative Disorders and Insomnia. I have training in many modalities including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, ACT, CBT- I (cognitive behavioral therapy for Insomnia), and extensive training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Outside of my professional pursuits, I enjoy gardening, traveling, reading, and spending time with my family.
